How The Program Works
Welcome to the Lifeproof Core. If you have lower back or hip pain, you are in the right place. Through this program you will educate yourself on common movement faults that lead to pain, learn to correct them and strengthen your body around a more functional, pain free movement foundation!
The Program has three phases:
